摘　　要：区别于普通高等院校,体育院校有其自身的特殊性,体育院校的学生存在着诸如学习能力比较差,自律性不强、从众心理比较严重等问题。对这些问题,如果学校在教育管理过程中不加以重视,会影响学生的发展。因此,基于破窗效应的影响,需要学校管理部门提出相应的方法,进而提高学校的教学管理质量,最终提高毕业生的质量。Different from the normal colleges,physical colleges have their own characteristics,and their students still have some problems,for example: the learning ability is poor,self-discipline is not very strong,herd mentality is more serious.If the colleges do not pay more attention to these problems that exist,the student's development will be affected.So the management department of the college should have some corresponding methods to improve the teaching quality,and improve the quality of the graduates finally.
