新经济时代我国民企的转型及其加强知识转移的必然性分析

摘　　要：基于信息化、知识化和网络化为特征的新经济时代带来了各种全球化的机遇和挑战,迫使自身还存在一些较普遍不利症状的我国民营企业进行转型升级,以应对新经济时代带来的机遇和挑战以及国内外一些其他的制约因素。我国民营企业转型升级的核心路径需要通过加强知识转移来进行支撑和推动;同时,新经济时代的时代标志、竞争节奏、财富增长的新内涵、战略竞争资源的转变以及竞争的多态性和复杂性等特征都要求民营企业加强知识转移,动态地进行转型升级以适应新经济时代不断发展的竞争态势。Based on the information,knowledge and network as its characteristics,the new economic times has brought a variety of opportunities and challenges of globalization,forcing China's private enterprises to change and upgrade due to their some common adverse symptoms and meeting some other restrictions from home and abroad.In new economic times,the core of transformation and upgrading of our private enterprise need by strengthening the knowledge transfer to support and promote.Meanwhile,the signs of the times,the rhythm of competition,the new content of the wealth growth,the change of strategic competition resources,polymorphism and complexity of the competition in new economic times,all of these require our private enterprises to enhance knowledge transfer and change and upgrade dynamically in order to adapt to the economic situation in new economic times.
