摘  要:目的评估综合设计性实验教学对护生自我效能感、职业态度的影响,为促进高等本科护理学专业课程体系改革提供依据。方法选择2007级和2008级全日制在校本科生100名作为研究对象,2007级学生为对照组采用传统实验教学法,2008级学生为试验组采用综合设计性实验教学。在课程结束后,分别测量两组学生的综合实验技能、自我效能感和职业态度。结果试验组学生的综合实验技能得分为(91.34±14.31)分,学习能力效能感和学习行为效能感分别为(44.78±14.32)分和(42.26±12.83)分,职业态度差异等与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论综合设计性实验教学能够提高护理本科生的护理操作能力、自我效能感及培养积极的职业态度,且有效提高教学质量。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive experiments for the undergraduate nursing students on self-efficacy and attitudes towards profession,and provide some evidences for comprehensive experiments used in higher education of nursing.METHODS A total of 100 undergraduate students were collected from the 2007 and 2008 grade,the 2007 grade students in the control group received the teaching method of traditional and the 2008 grade students in the interventional group received the teaching method of comprehensive experiments.The effects by testing comprehensive nursing skills,self-efficacy(measured by academic self-efficacy scale)and attitudes towards profession(measured by professional attitudes questionnaire).RESULTS The scores of the interventional group students' comprehensive nursing skills were 91.34 ± 14.31,the learning ability of self-efficacy scale scores and learning behavior of self-efficacy scale scores were 44.78 ± 14.32 and 42.26 ± 12.83,respectively,and the attitudes towards profession showed statistically significant change after intervention(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION the comprehensive experiments can improve the comprehensive nursing skills,self-efficacy scores and cultivate positive attitudes towards profession of the undergraduate nursing students,and enhanced the teaching quality as well.
