摘 要:目的仿真模拟Ⅱ类牵引不同加载角度对下颌骨旋转和前移趋势的影响,为临床应用提供一定的参考。方法在前期构建的三维有限元模型基础上,分别模拟5°,15°和25°3种工况下"下颌骨-颞下颌关节"的应力、位移变化和旋转趋势。结果从5°到25°,随着加载角度的增加位移逐渐增大,最大位移都发生在颏部,分别为4.779mm、5.206mm和5.483mm,3种工况结构明显的位移模式皆为绕着关节窝处转动。3种工况应力值都很小,力值大小处于同一数量级,无特别应力集中区域。结论颌间Ⅱ类牵引总体位移向前下,髁突发生顺时针旋转。OBJECTIVE To analyze the trend of mandible rotation and forward under different loading angles with Ⅱelastic,by using the Ⅱelastic in different get some favorable reference for the clinical application.METHODS Basing on the primary three dimensional finite element model,we simulate three kinds of working conditions separately:5°,15° and 25°,and the changing trends of stresses,displacements and rotations of'Mandible-Temporomandibular Joint'were analyzed.RESULTS From 5° to 25°,The loading angles increased with displacement,and the maximum displacement which were separately 4.779mm,5.206mm and 5.483mm all occurred at chin.Three kinds of operating structure obvious displacement mode were around the articular fossa of rotation.Three cases of stress values were very small.The stresses were in the same order of magnitude,and no special stress concentration region.CONCLUSION The tendency is to move forward and downward with Ⅱelastic,and Condyle displacement with clockwise.
