摘  要:目的颈动脉粥样硬化是脑梗死的主要发病原因之一,探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)和64排CT动脉血管成像(CTA)对大脑中动脉系统梗死的诊断价值。方法选取的大脑中动脉系统梗死患者分别进行经颅多普勒和CTA检查大脑中动脉,以数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)为参照,比较其对大脑中动脉诊断的准确率,并进行分析。结果 TCD与CTA对诊断Ml段狭窄无显著性,对于诊断M2段狭窄具有显著性。结论 CTA诊断M2段狡窄优于TCD。OBJECTIVE The main reason of cerebral infarction is carotid atherosclerosis,and we aimed to investigate the the diagnostic value of Transcranial Doppler Technique(TCD)and 64-slice computed tomography angiography(CTA)in middle cerebral artery infarction.METHODS Patients with middle cerebral artery infarction were selected and were conducted by TCD and CTA.With digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as a reference,the diagnostic accuracies were compared and analyzed.RESULTS By TCD and CTA,the difference about diagnostic Ml stenosis did not show significance different,and a significant diagnostic accuracy for Ml stenosis was found.CONCLUSION CTA for the diagnosis M2 stenosis was better than TCD.
