摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎主要由免疫反应介导,并与遗传因素、环境因素密切相关。白细胞介素-1是一种前炎性细胞因子,能够激活免疫系统,其持续表达可能与溃疡性结肠炎活动复发有较大的关系。吸烟对溃疡性结肠炎有保护作用,它能够降低患者的白细胞介素-1含量,其中的具体机制可能涉及到吸烟对机体免疫系统的毒性损害作用。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is mainly mediated by immune response,and is closely related to the genetic factors and the environmental factors.IL-1 is a kind of pro-inflammatory cytokines that can activate immune system,and the continuous expression of IL-1 may play an important role in the activity and recurrence of UC.Smoking has protective effects on UC,and it can reduce the IL-1 level in patients with UC.The concrete mechanism may involves the toxicity effects of smoking on the immune system.
