加拿大社区学院办学理念及管理的借鉴与启示——以新卡里多尼亚学院为例

摘　　要：本文以加拿大新卡里多尼亚学院为例介绍了加拿大社区学院的发展状况,分析了加拿大社区学院的办学机制、教育理念、管理模式、课程体系、师资聘任、教学管理等方面的情况,对我院在教育理念更新、办学模式改革、校企合作机制创新、课程体系构建、教学团队培养等方面提供了借鉴和启示。Taking College of New Caledonia,Canada as an example,this paper introduces the development situation of Canadian Community Colleges and analyzes the mechanism of running schools,educational philosophy,management mode,curriculum system,teacher engagement,teaching management and other aspects of such colleges,providing lessons and inspirations for this college on such aspects as educational philosophy renovation,school-running mode reform,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism innovation,curriculum system construction,teaching group cultivation.
