基于问卷调查的抚仙湖生态系统服务功能分析

摘　　要：从问卷调查的情况来看,近年来,大多数公众对抚仙湖流域的环境保护意识、周边存在的各种环境风险认知度及环境质量的要求均有提高,愿意为恢复生态环境和湖泊生物多样性提供资金支持。但对抚仙湖的开发极有可能超出生态环境承载能力,且为恢复生物多样性的公众支付意愿低于其他支付意愿,部分公众认为湖泊修复是政府的事,不相信会专款专用,加之公众自身低收入,而不愿意提供资金支持。因此,在湖泊生态服务功能评估工作中,应关注其环境承载力问题,增强公众环境保护意识及生物多样性多种价值的正确认识,提高当地政府的公信度,增强公众改善环境的信心,同时加快经济发展,提高人民物质生活水平,充分调动公众保护抚仙湖的积极性。Questionnaires showed an increased public awareness of environmental protection and potential environmental risks around Fuxian Lake.Public demand for higher environmental quality and their willingness to give financial support to restore lake ecology and biodiversity are also increased.However,the lake development may have already exceeded its ecological sustainability.And public willingness to pay for biodiversity restoration is much lower than that for other expenses.Some people believed it was the government's job,not theirs,to pay for the restoration effort.Many doubted government-controlled funds were used exclusively for their intended purposes.Therefore,attention should be given to the lake environmental sustainability,especially in the assessment of lake area service function;public awareness of environmental protection and correct understanding of the significance of bio-diversity restoration should be further promoted;public confidence in local government should be enhanced.At the same time,economic development should be speeded up to raise people's living standard and their willingness to protect the lake area.
