摘　　要：地方本科院校的不断崛起为实验室的发展提供了机遇和挑战。本文在实验室现状分析的基础上,从构建科学合理的实验教学体系、深化实验室的管理体制改革、加强重点实验室建设、加强实验教学师资和管理人员队伍建设等方面,提出了对实验室可持续发展的一点看法。With the continuous development of local universities,laboratory construction faces both opportunities and challenges.On the basis of laboratory current situation,this paper puts forward some proposals on sustainable development of local universities' laboratory construction in the field of experiment teaching hierarchy,laboratory administrative system,key laboratory construction and the construction of experimental teaching staff.
