高校不同群体在学生评教中的定位研究

摘　　要：学生评教中存在学生、教师、教学管理人员三种不同群体,他们在学生评教中的不同定位决定了他们的实际行为。本文通过查阅文献资料和调查分析的方法对高校不同群体在学生评教中的定位进行分析,发现实践中存在着不同群体定位不准和角色不清的问题,从而导致评教流于形式,失去应有意义。因此,提出应明确不同群体的定位,发挥各自的作用,形成相互支持、相互配合的良好局面,从而使整个学生评教系统得以顺畅运行和健康发展,成为提高学校教学质量的一种有效手段。There are students,teachers and teaching administrators,three different groups in the system of students' evaluation on teaching in colleges,whose orientations determine their different actions.Adopting the approaches of investigation and documents study,this paper presents the orientation analysis of different groups in system of students' evaluation on teaching,finds the problems arising in different groups of inaccurate orientation and role ambiguity,which leads to failures in evaluation on teaching.It then puts forward that different groups should clarify their positions and play their roles respectively,so as to ensure the smooth operation and development of the whole system of students' evaluation on teaching.It is aimed that the system can be perfected so as to be an effective means to improve the quality of teaching.
