摘　　要：针对浙江省会展产业过于粗放的现状,以美国拉斯维加斯会展高效益的运营经验为镜鉴,从现实性、可操作、见效快的角度,提出浙江省会展产业的当务之急是理顺管理体制、完善展览场馆设施、增加服务功能、联手所在城市的服务行业创造新的服务业态,在会展基本要素上注重细节,查漏补缺,以实现浙江省会展产业的转型升级,从而拉动会展城市服务经济的发展。In the view of the extensive operating mode of the MICE industry in Zhejiang,this paper uses the high effective operation experiences of the MICE industry in Las Vegas as a mirror and reference.From the perspective of realistic,workable,and quick response,it proposes that the priorities in developing Zhejiang's MICE industry are to improve the management structure,enhance the exhibition venues and facilities,increase service capabilities,and join forces with the city's services industry to create a new service standard.It needs pay attentions to details on the basic elements so as to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the MICE industry in Zhejiang Province,and thus boost the development of its service industry.
