摘　　要：当前阶段的企业生产过程管理中,如何提高订单执行力的研究仍然是一个空白。故针对订单执行力方面,提出了一种高效执行生产计划的方法。并在本方法的基础上,引进先进管理工具思想,从而建立起一套在供需链(Supply Chain)管理模式下的高效订单执行体系。The current stage of the business process management,how to improve the execution of orders is still a blank.Therefore,in order to perform force,put forward a kind of efficient implementation of production planning method.And in this method on the basis of the introduction of advanced management ideas,tools,so as to establish a set in the supply chain(Supply Chain)under the management mode of high order execution system.
