摘　　要：从身心关系的角度对中国传统体育与西方体育的特征进行综述与分析。认为未来体育的发展必然走中西合璧之路,中国传统体育在未来体育中,尤其在大众健身体育中将发挥越来越重要的作用。The features of Chinese traditional sports and western sports were summed up and (analyzed) from the angle of the relationship between the body and the mind. In the future,sports will definitely go the way of melting the Chinese and western sports. The Chinese traditional sports will play a more and more important role in the future sports,especially in bodybuilding sports for all.
