摘　　要：我国高校乒乓球高水平运动队随着高校高水平运动队的发展不断探索前进,并取得了一定的成绩,但过程当中也出现了很多的问题。研究采用文献资料等方法,通过对我国高校乒乓球高水平队训练管理现状的分析,探讨我国高校乒乓球高水平队的管理和对策。以期通过对此问题的探讨,深化对乒乓球高水平运动队管理与改革问题的认识,为高校乒乓球队的管理提供可借鉴的方案。High-level table tennis teams in Chinese universities constantly explores the way forward With the development of the University Athletic Teams, and has made some achievements, but a lot of problems appeared in the process of development. With the methods such as literature, the analyzes the status of the management of high-level Table Tennis teams training in Universities in China to investigate the management and countermeasures of high-level table tennis team of Chinese Universities. The author wishes to deepen the understanding of high--level table tennis teams management and reform issues and put forward program for the management of university table tennis teams.
