摘  要:HRB500级非预应力筋的加入能提高无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁正截面抗弯承载力,但对其变形性能的影响研究甚少,有可能结构的承载力满足要求,变形却不能满足正常使用要求.本文制作了9根无粘结部分预应力混凝土试验梁,研究非预应力筋强度等级、配筋率及预应力钢绞线布筋形式对刚度其影响.研究结果表明,试验梁开裂后刚度随非预应力筋配筋率的增大而提高;非预应力筋强度等级和无粘结钢绞线布筋形式对刚度影响较小.500 MPa non-prestressed reinforcement can significantly improve the normal section's flexural bearing capacity of unbounded partially prestressed concrete beams,but the study on deformation performance is relatively few.It is possible that when ultimate bearing capacity of the structure can meet the requirements,the deformation can nott meet the serviceability.By testing nine experimental beams,the paper mainly studies the influence of non-prestressed longitudinal reinforcement strength,reinforced ratio and the layout of unbounded tendons on the flexural stiffness.Results show that stiffness after cracking become larger with the increase of rate of non-prestressed steel;reinforcement strength and the layout of unbounded tendons form a smaller impact on the stiffness.
