摘　　要：本文阐述了大学精神对大学可持续发展的重要作用。在此基础上,结合广东工业大学的实际情况,对重塑工大精神的必要性及面临的困境做出了分析,并对如何重塑广工大精神提出了建议。@@@@This article elaborated the significance of the university spirit to the sustainable development of university. On this foundation, combining with the practical situation of Guangdong University of Technology, the article elaborated the necessity and the dilemma during reshape the spirit of GDUT, and the author put forward some suggestion.
