高职生电子商务创业及其影响因素研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：当前高职生就业形势十分严峻,而网络经济投入成本相对较少、风险较小、易操作,且高职生电商创业门槛低,越来越多的高职生倾向于电商创业。通过优化高职生的创业外界环境,引导和扶持高职生创业是缓解当前高职生就业压力的有效手段。笔者通过研究,对创业者特征和环境因素进行了调查分析。分析了创业者特征因素,并认为电商创业环境因素可分为政府扶持因素、市场状况因素、校方扶持因素、家庭扶持因素,以及有效的创业教育确实在促进高职生实际创业行为。根据调研,笔者提出了促进高职生电子商务创业的对策和建议。Current higher vocational students employment situation is very serious, and the network economy investment is relatively small, risk is small, easy to operate, and vocational college students vocational business pioneering doorsill is low, more and more students tend to electric business entrepreneurship. Through undertaking external condition optimization of the higher vocational students, build its e-commerce business platform, and guide more students to the related industry employment, training and shaping the modern model of entrepreneurial talent of a batch of high quality, not only can provide support and security upgrades for the transformation of modern economy, can also ease the current higher vocational students employment pressure in to a certain extent. Through the study, the characteristics of entrepreneurs and environmental factors were investigated and analyzed. According to the research, the author put forward to promote students e-commerce entrepreneurship in higher vocational education countermeasures and suggestions.
