摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的趋势,地方理工院校为促进地方的经济的发展,使之能真正做到"引进来,走出去",必须培养具备跨文化交际能力的国际化人才,因此在大学英语教学过程中必须重视英美文化的导入和中华本土文化的输出。With China’s entering WTO and the development of global economy, the training target for the local universities of science and technology is to produce qualified internationalized talents in order to take full advantage of the local resources to accelerate the local economy. Therefore, it is highly important to input cultural knowledge of English speaking countries and cultivate the ability to output local cultural during teaching process of college English.
