需要层次理论视域下的大学生社团建设

摘　　要：马斯洛需要层次理论,阐述了人的各种需要及其彼此间的关系,据此认为当代大学生的需要具有多样性,同时具有渴望交往、珍视友谊,渴望尊重、需要理解,渴望自我实现、乐于表现等特点。以此指导学生社团建设,本文认为应该有的放矢的建设不同类型的大学生社团,满足大学生多样性的需要,同时要营造良好的学生社团发展氛围,满足大学生的交往需要、尊重需要和自我实现需要。Maslow's demand hierarchy theory,describes the various needs of people and their relationships with each other,the need of contemporary college students has diversity,with eager to communicate,friendship,respect,need to understand the characteristics of desire,desire for self-fulfillment,willing to performance etc..To guide the construction of student’s communities,this paper suggests that we should construct different types of community,to meet the diversified needs of college students,and to create good atmosphere for the development of student associations,esteem needs of communication and selfactualization of students,.
