摘　　要：周人创造的"有孝有德"的宗法伦理价值观念是一个开放的、进步的体系,它奠定了周人开放的国家形态、民族形态,构建了天人合一的统治模式和宗法等级秩序,对周人的宗法政治经济结构的巩固与黏合,以及对孔子开放的仁学体系的形成,有着不可替代的作用与影响。The patriarchal clan created by the West Zhou was an open and progressive system.The ethics of'virtue and Filial Piety'laid the foundation of the open national form,constructed the harmonious rule pattern and patriarchal hierarchy.This patriarchal clan system not only played an irreplaceable role in consolidating the patriarchal political,economic structure of the West Zhou,but also establishing Confucius’s open benevolence thought.
