摘　　要：人的科学发展观是科学发展观应用于人的发展的结果,是科学发展观的重要组成部分。人的科学发展观内涵包括:"第一要义是人的发展"、"以人为本为核心"、"基本要求是全面协调可持续"、"根本方法是统筹兼顾"等相关内容。人的科学发展观内涵丰富、视角多维,为分析和破解我国教育难题提供了新的理论视角。Outlook on human scientific development is the result of applying outlook on scientific development to human development therefore it is also important part of outlook on scientific development.The content of outlook on human scientific development include:'human development as its essence','putting people first as its core','comprehensive,coordinate and sustainable development as its basic requirement','overall consideration as its fundamental approach'and etc.Outlook on human scientific development,which is rich in content and multidimensional perspective,provides new theoretical basis to analysis and solve the educational challenge in our country.
