摘 要:目的观察百两茶水提取物对小鼠抗疲劳的作用。方法将50只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、百两茶提取物低、中、高剂量组,共5组。阳性对照组每天灌胃给予红景天提取物(300mg/kg),百两茶组每天给予灌胃低、中、高(100、200、400mg/kg)3种剂量百两茶提取物。连续给药28d。每周测量体质量,第28天给药进行转棒实验;然后继续给药5d,第33天给药后行负重游泳实验。上述实验完成后眼球采血,检测血乳酸、尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、肝糖原及肌糖原水平。结果百两茶(100、200、400mg/kg)显著延长转棒及负重游泳时间(P<0.01),降低运动小鼠血尿素氮及乳酸水平(P<0.01),增加小鼠肝糖原水平(P<0.01),降低小鼠体质量增长量(P<0.01);百两茶(400mg/kg)能增加乳酸脱氢酶活力(P<0.01);百两茶提取物对肌糖原增长无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百两茶提取物具有较好的抗疲劳作用。Objective To explore the antifatigue effect of bai-liang tea extract on mice. Methods Fifty male ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,positive control group,low-dose,median-dose and high-dose bai-liang tea extract groups (100,200,400 mg/kg) . Distilled water was given to the animals in control group,and Rhodiola rosea (300 mg/kg per day) was given to the animals in positive control group,and different doses of bai-liang tea (100, 200,400 mg/kg per day) was given to the animals in low-dose,median-dose and high-dose groups,respectively. All animals received the pharmacy for 28 days. In every weekend the weight of each mouse was measured. In addition,the rod time,the loaded swimming time,the blood lactic acid,blood urea nitrogen,the activity of lactate dehydrogenase,the hepatic glycogen,the muscle glycogen were detected. Results Bai-liang tea extract could decrease the weight of mice (P < 0. 01) ,also significantly increase the bars and loaded swimming time(P < 0. 01) ; and reduce the levels of blood urea nitrogen and lactate of the mice(P < 0. 01) . High dose of bai-liang tea extract could increase the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(P < 0. 01) . Bai-liang tea extract group increased the liver glycogen levels(P < 0. 01) ,but had on effects on muscle glycogen (P > 0. 05) . Conclusions Bai-liang tea extract has anti-fatigue effect.
