摘  要:在喷雾干燥塔内距顶部120mm处加装均流板以优化塔内流场及温度场,通过试验研究垃圾焚烧烟气在塔内的温度分布,考察影响其净化效率的参数。结果表明:烟气从塔上部进入,经净化后由下部排出,烟气温度在塔上部下降迅速,塔中部以后下降较缓慢,径向烟气温度分布均匀;随化学计量比和均流板开孔区域直径的增大,烟气净化率提高;随入口烟气温度的提高,SO2的脱除率明显增加,HCl的脱除率无明显变化;随烟气流速的增加,Ca(OH)2浆滴对SO2、HCl的脱除效率降低,其中SO2脱除效率的降低程度大于HCl。An equalizing plate was installed inside the spray drying tower where was of 120mm far away from the tower top,to optimize the flow and temperature field.By experiment the factors affecting the temperature distribution and purification efficiency of flue gas generated from municipal solid waste(MSW)incineration was investigated.The results showed that:the temperature of down flow flue gas in the upper part of the spray drying tower decreased rapidly,and slowly in the middle and bottom part,and the gas temperature was well-distributed in radial direction;the purification efficiency of flue gas increased with the stoichiometric ratio and opening area diameter of the equalizing plate;with an increase in inlet gas temperature,the removal rate of SO2increased significantly,while that of the HCl changed little;as the flue gas speed rising,the capture efficiency of Ca(OH)2slurry droplet on SO2and HCl both decreased,and that on SO2dropped more.
