摘 要:设计了一种窄间隙焊多视觉焊接熔池采集系统,针对采集的熔池图像特点提出了一系列的图像处理方法。首先对熔池图像进行图像预处理,去除噪声,然后采用CANNY多阈值方法,提取熔池边缘特征,并利用去伪边缘、迭代拟合处理,从而提取熔池边缘特征。根据熔池与CCD摄像机的位置关系,求得熔池的余高,从而得出窄间隙熔池是一个凹液面。A molten pool image gathering system was designed based on double vision.An image processing method was proposed according to the characteristic of the molten pool image.Firstly,the pre-processing was used to remove the noise in the image.A CANNY multi-threshold method had been used to extract the edge feature of the molten pool.Then the edge feature of the molten pool could be gotten after false edge removing and iterative fitting.Based on positional relation between the molten pool and the CCD camera,the excess weld metal of the molten pool could be obtained.After analysis,the molten pool of narrow-gap welding had been found was a concave meniscus.
