摘  要:基于CRH3及CRH380BL型高速动车组铝合金车体及其部件的焊接结构特点,充分利用不同自动焊接方法的优势,开发和应用了自动焊接技术的创新工艺和长大铝型材新型焊接工艺两大系列的关键焊接技术。通过实施专利布局,实现了对铝型材焊接关键技术的全面覆盖和保护,使唐车对高速动车组焊接技术拥有了完全的自主知识产权。Two series of pivotal welding technology,including innovative automatic welding technology and large aluminum alloy profile welding technology were developed and applied based on the welding structure characteristics of aluminum alloy car body and its components of CRH3 and CRH380BL high speed railway vehicles,and the advantage of different automatic welding method.It was made realization that pivotal welding technology of aluminum alloy profile was covered and protected by carrying on patents overall arrangement,making TC in possession of entire independent intellectual property rights on welding technology of high speed railway vehicles.
