摘 要:针对目前逆变弧焊电源电能损耗大、外特性控制困难等问题,设计了一种新型交流方波弧焊电源。使用零电压开关逆变器作为控制系统的核心。针对开关器件的时变、非线性特征,采用模糊预测控制算法使逆变电源输出电流、电压快速变化并保持稳定。将零电压软开关技术应用于逆变主电路当中,使IGBT的开关损耗减少,延长了使用寿命,提高了电能利用率;针对系统的非线性特征,将模糊控制和预测控制相结合,具有良好的控制效果。仿真结果表明,该控制系统具有较好的稳态精度和动态性能,提高了逆变电源的工作效率。A new AC square wave arc welding power source was designed according to the question of step large power loss and control problem of external characteristics in inverter welding power source.Inverter of zero voltage switching was used as the core of control system.Fuzzy predictive control algorithm was used to make the output current and voltage stability aiming at the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics in switching devices.It could reduce IGBT switching losses,prolong the life,improve energy efficiency.The technology of zero voltage soft switch was used in the main circuit of inverter.According to system of nonlinear characteristics,it had excellent control effect that fuzzy control and predictive control were combined.Simulation results showed that the system could obtain better steady state accuracy and dynamic characteristics.It could improve the efficiency of the inverter welding power source.
