摘 要:该文研究了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的微型半集总蓝牙带通滤波器。通过改进了二阶耦合谐振滤波器电路,在通带频率高、低端分别引入零点电路,改善了阻带衰减。滤波器采用半集总结构三维模型、集总电容和分布带状线电感。测试结果表明,该滤波器中心频率为2.45 GHz,在2.4~2.5 GHz内插入损耗小于1.2 dB,通带内驻波比均小于1.5。低阻带从0.1 GHz到2 GHz的衰减大于25 dB,在高阻带引入了传输零点,有效抑制了二次和三次谐波,从7.2 GHz到7.5 GHz的衰减大于25 dB。优化设计和测试结果吻合,尺寸仅为1.6 mm×0.8 mm×0.6 mm。A miniaturized low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)bandpass filter with semi-lumped components for bluetooth application is researched here.The circuit topology of the bandpass filter is based on the second-ordered coupled resonance filter prototype.The prototype is modified to produce a pair of transmission zeros on both sides of the passband to improve stopband attenuation.The 3-D physical layout of the filter is realized by the semi-lumped structure.The capacitors are achieved by the lumped metal-insulator-metal capacitor and the inductors are achieved by distributional stripline.Test results show that,when the central frequency of the filter is 2.45 GHz,the insertion loss in the passband is less than 1.2 dB,the input/output of voltage standing wave ratios(VSWRs)are less than 1.5,and the low stopband attenuation is more than 25 dB from 0.1 to 2 GHz.The transmission zero generated at the high stopband makes the second and third harmonic suppressed well,and the stopband attenuation is more than 25 dB from 7.2 to 7.5 GHz.The test results are in good agreement with the simulation.The filter size is 1.6 mm×0.8 mm×0.6 mm only.
