摘　　要：目的:探讨CD168表达与乳腺癌生存期及复发率的关系.方法:70例于2005年9月至2012年10月间就诊于我院乳腺外科的乳腺癌患者,均行手术治疗.术后标本石蜡包埋,切片,行免疫组化染色.应用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线评估CD168表达与乳腺癌生存期的关系,χ2检验比较CD168表达与乳腺癌复发率的关系.结果:CD168弱表达,乳腺癌患者生存期长,强表达则相反(log rank,P=0.017).CD168弱表达,乳腺癌患者不易复发,强表达则相反(P=0.003).结论:CD168高表达,乳腺癌患者预后差.Objective:To evaluate the relationship between CD168 expression and breast cancer survival and recurrence rate.Methods:70 cases treatment in our hospital from Sep.2005 to Oct.2012,breast cancer patients were treated surgically.Postoperative speciments were embedded in paraffin,sliced,immunohistochemical staining.And Kaplan-Meier survival cunes to assess the relationship between CD168 expression and breast cancer survival period,χ2 test to compare the CD168 expression and the relationship of the rate of breast cancer recurrence.Results:CD168 weak expression of long survival of breast cancer patients,strong expression of the opposite(log rank,P=0.017).CD168 weak expression in breast cancer patients is not easy to relapse,strong expression of the opposite(P=0.003).Conclusions:CD168 highly expressed in breast cancer patients with poor prognosis.
