摘　　要：对近年来国内外有关桔梗药材的研究进展进行综述,主要涉及生药学特征、产区分布、生物活性、营养成分、开发利用等方面,为深入研究与开发桔梗资源提供了较为详尽的参考资料,为传统中药的综合利用,建立完善的质量标准奠定了基础。Through the domestic and overseas research of Platycodon grandiflorum in recent years,a review about the progress of research in Platycodon grandiflorum is done.The review mainly involves in the characteristics of pharmacognosy,distribution of region distribution,biological activity,nutritional compositions,development and utilization,etc.,and provides a more detailed reference material for further research and development of Platycodon grandiflorum resources,in order to promote the comprehensive use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and set up perfect quality standard to lay the foundation.
