徐州市五种购物袋生命周期碳足迹研究

摘　　要：基于生命周期理论,运用碳足迹法对徐州市5种主要类型购物袋的碳足迹进行分析评估。结果表明:徐州市使用购物袋产生的碳排放总量每年约6.2万吨,其中,HDPE袋总量贡献率最高,约为46%,但单位碳足迹贡献率最低,仅为0.5%;限塑政策的有效实施以及对纸类和织物类购物袋生产过程碳足迹的严格控制具有明显的减排效果;购物袋的重复使用也具有明显的减排效果,LDPE袋、牛皮纸袋、非纺布袋和棉布袋需要分别重复使用3、6、14和183次,其碳足迹才可能小于或等于HDPE袋;在购物袋生命周期各个阶段里,原料萃取和最终处置阶段碳足迹最大,而生产制造与运输阶段碳足迹较小,能源利用效率和碳排系数对碳足迹大小也有影响;购物袋碳足迹在空间分布上具有较大变异,泉山区最高,贾汪区最低,人口数量对购物袋碳足迹的影响受到城市化水平的制约。By using methods of carbon footprint,based on the theory of life cycle assessment,the article analyzed the carbon footprints of several kinds of five shopping bags. The results show that total carbon emission of shopping bags in Xuzhou arrives at 62, 000 tons,in which HDPE bags takes about 46% while the carbon footprint of an unit HDPE bag is the lowest,which is 0. 5% ; Effective implementation of limiting plastic bags and strictly controlling of carbon footprint of paper and fabric shopping bags in production process have obvious reduction effect; One LDPE bag,paper bag,nonwoven bag and cotton bag should be separately used 3,6,14 and 183 times to make their carbon footprint below that of an HDPE bag,and reuse is very important in cutting carbon footprint; In each stage of life cycle of shopping bags,main carbon footprint comes from raw material extraction and final disposal stages,and the influence of production and transportation stages is small,and energy efficiency and carbon emission coefficient affect; Carbon footprint from each district of Xuzhou differs,on which the influence of urbanization level is affected by population, and Quanshan district contributes the most and Jiawang district the least.
