摘　　要：从目前高校建设来看,档案管理的积极作用正逐渐显现出来。在高校中,档案管理包括人事档案、基建档案、学校历史档案以及教育信息档案等几方面内容,这些档案信息是支撑高等教育持续健康发展的基石。因此,有必要加强档案管理,通过完善的档案管理,保证信息的完整性、准确性,从而提高档案的利用率,为促进高校建设提供可靠的支撑。From the current university construction point of view,the positive role of records management is gradually revealed.In colleges and universities,archive management includes personnel files,infrastructure archives,school history archives and educational information and other aspects of the file contents.These files are cornerstones to support the sustainable and healthy development of higher education.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen file management,through the improvement of records management,ensure the integrity,accuracy and accordingly improve the utilization of archives and provide reliable support for colleges and universities development.
