摘　　要：随着国家扩招政策的实施,学生就业难度加大。其中一个原因是用人单位与高校就业管理部门就业信息的不对称。本文围绕就业档案建立的方法和内容、就业档案建立过程中以及使用过程中应该注意的问题展开探讨,提出做好高校学生就业档案管理工作对推动教育发展具有重要的意义。Following the implementation of the enrollment expansion policy,the student employment becomes more difficult.One of the reasons involving such situation is that the asymmetry of information between employers and the university employment management.The present paper launches the discussion about the methods and content concerning establishment of employment records.Further more,the problems which should pay attention to the courses of employment records establishment and utilization of employment records are also discussed.
