摘　　要：以A中为个案的快速城市化进程中的二三线城市新建中学普遍具有政府主导,高位推动,办学定位较高,速成性和快节奏,校园文化建设快速生成,规范入轨,办学成果渴望立时得到社会认可等特点。其表现出的特点从某种程度上代表了当代世界发展中国家在快速城市化进程中的二三线城市新建中学的共性,因此研究A中发展历程具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。Middle school A,a newly-built one in developing second-and third-tier cities,has such characteristics as government leading,with support from top level managers,aiming to high education quality and with quick establishing speed and fast-paced operation.In addition,the campus culture are fostered swiftly and the routine standard are quickly generated and the school aspired to being widely recognized by the society.It represents to some extend the common feature of newly built high schools in many developing countries in the world,so the study of this school is significant.
