摘 要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出要在高中阶段"探索发现和培养创新人才的途径",但在我国基础教育实践中仍然缺乏相关的成功经验。为了实现"为英才成长奠基"的培养目标,美国布朗克斯科学高中进行了分层分类的课程建设,并通过增强规则意识、丰富社团活动、开发物质设施的教育功能等方式推进学校的文化建设,力争促进每一名学生的学术素养和研究能力。认真审视布朗克斯高中在提升学生学术素养方面所积累的宝贵经验,对我国基础教育阶段创新人才的培养具有十分重要的借鉴价值。The National long-term educational reform and Development Plan of China has put forth that it is necessary to explore the pathway of discovering and training innovative talents,whereas,successful experience of that has not yet been accumulated adequately in China’s basic education.In order to achieve the training objectives of making foundation for growth of excellence,Bronx High School of Science has reformed their curriculum system concerning both stratification and classification and carried out the construction of school culture through enhancing awareness of rules,enriching club activities,and exploiting the educational function of physical facilities.Both of the reform of curriculum and cultural construction are aiming to promote every student’s literacy and research capabilities.The successful experiences of Bronx High School of Science is of great reference value for the training of innovative talents in basic education in China.
