摘 要:针对目前虚拟战场环境中场景渲染面临的真实数据在类型和精度方面无法满足大规模真实感地形可视化的难题,从虚拟场景构建和渲染的角度,提出了一种以真实地形数据为基础,集成视相关多分辨率LOD(Level Of Detail)渲染机制的程序化地形细节合成方法,实现了地形几何细节、纹理细节和地表植被的自适应可控实时合成,一定程度上解决了大规模地形渲染在真实性和实时性上难以兼顾的问题,为建立高逼真度的虚拟战场环境提供了一种切实可行的方法。Aiming at the problem that the precision and type of terrain data acquired from real-world scenes can't meet the demands of visualization of realistic terrain in virtual battlefield environment,a method of procedural terrain detail integration is proposed,which is based on visualization of real-world terrain data and integrated with multi-resolution LOD(Level Of Detail) algorithms.The adaptive controllable real-time synthesizing of terrain geometry detail,texture detail and vegetation is realized,which weakens the dependence between details of virtual terrain and massive high-resolution datasets,therefore,the conflict of realistic and real-time in virtual scene rendering is bated very well.This method can produce large-scale realistic virtual terrain using limited terrain samples,which is very useful and applied for building high fidelity virtual battlefield environment.
