摘 要:目的:以雄黄为研究对象,分析不同炮制方法对其得率的影响及炮制品中As2S2和As2O3含量的变化规律,筛选出最佳炮制方法。方法:对三批雄黄生品依次用水飞法、酸水飞法、碱水飞法进行炮制,计算炮制品得率及残渣重量;采用直接碘滴定法及二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法(Ag-DDC法)分别测定不同炮制品中的二硫化二砷(As2S2)及三氧化二砷(As2O3)含量。结果:三个批次的雄黄炮制后,其As2S2和As2O3含量均符合《中国药典》2010年版的要求。炮制品得率均为:水飞品>酸水飞品>碱水飞品;残渣重量为:水飞品<酸水飞品<碱水飞品;As2S2的含量为:碱水飞品>水飞品>酸水飞品>生品;As2O3的含量为:酸水飞品<碱水飞品<水飞品<生品。结论:从炮制品得率、As2S2及As2O3含量、炮制成本等方面综合考虑,雄黄炮制方法以水飞法、酸水飞法为宜,建议舍弃碱水飞法。Objective:With realgar as the research object,the impact of different processing methods on the yield and the change of content on As2S2 and As2O3 in processed products were analyzed to filter out the best processing methods.Method:Three batches of realgar were processed by water,acid water and alkali water.The yield of processed products and the weight of residue were calculated.The contents of As2S2 and As2O3 in different processed products were detected using direct iodine titration method(Ag-DDC method).Result:After processing,the content of As2S2 and As2O3 in all processed products satisfied the requirement in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2010 edition.The yield of processed products were water processed > acid processed > alkali processed.The weight of residue were water processed < acid processed < alkali processed.The content of As2S2 were alkali processed > water processed > acid processed >original.The content of As2O3 were acid processed < alkali processed < water processed < original.Conclusion:Considering the yield of the processed products,the content of As2S2 and As2O3,processing cost,water process or acid process are suggested to be chosen,and alkali process is suggested to be abandoned.
