摘　　要：目的:建立血舒通合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法对阿魏酸进行定量分析,用Phenomenex-C18柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),以甲醇-1%冰醋酸(30:70)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:阿魏酸在0.06～0.75μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为101.68%(RSD=0.73%)。结论:本法准确,重现性好,可用于血舒通合剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid content in Xueshutong Mixture by HPLC. Method:The Phenomenex-C18 (4.6×250 mm,5 μm) was used. Methanol-1.0% glacial acetic acid (30:70) was used as mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 320 nm,and flow rate was 1.0 mL﹒min-1. Result:The optimum linear relation of ferulic acid was 0.06 μg～0.75 μg. The average recovery rate was 101.68% with RSD of 0.73%. Conclusion:The method is accurate, recurring and easy to use for the assay and quality contro1 of Xueshutong Mixture.
