电子鼻在川芎不同产地不同等级评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对川芎药材挥发性组成进行分析,借以比较和评价不同产地不同等级川芎药材品质相似性。方法:采用电子鼻对川芎多批药材样品进行了分析,通过Alpha SOFTTV12软件对所获得的数据进行主成分分析和判别因子分析。结果:彭州敖平与都江堰徐渡川芎挥发性组分整体性质较为接近,与新都新繁川芎仍有区别,均可明显区别于新产地彭山谢家;同一产地不同等级川芎挥发性组分整体性质接近,难以区分,但与等外级芎苓子区别明显。结论:电子鼻可以用于区分川芎传统产区与新兴产区商品药材;可以用于区分同一产地川芎药材与等外级芎苓子。Objective: In order to compare and evaluate the quality of similarity of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.produced in different regions and of different levels,the volatile components of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.were analyzed.Method: Several samples of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.were analyzed by electronic nose,and then the data was analyzed with the method of Principal component analysis and discriminant factor analysis Result: The whole nature of volatile components of Ligusticum chuanriong Hort.was similar,which came from the regions of Pengzhou Ao Ping and Dujiangyan Xu Du.The whole nature of volatile components of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.was different,which came from the regions of Pengzhou Ao Ping and Xindu xin fan.These first three regions of the whole nature of volatile components of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.were significantly different from the new emerging region of Pengshan Xiejia.In addition,the whole nature of volatile components of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.was similar,which came from the same regions and of different levels.But,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.which came from the same regions and different levels was significantly different from Xiong Ling Zi of the substandard level.Conclusion: Electronic nose can be used to distinguish the commercial drugs of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.between the traditional regions and the new emerging regions.It also can be used to distinguish Xiong Ling Zi and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.which come from the same origin.
