摘 要:针对传统平面交叉口左转车流引起的车流不连续和运行效率低等不足,提出1种城市道路新型连续流交叉口。阐述了连续流交叉口的几何物理模型,从交通空间设计、交通组织设计、交通控制设计3个方面研究连续流交叉口的设计方法,并采用Vissim仿真对传统平面交叉口和连续流交叉口的设计方案进行交通效用评价。结合国内城市道路交叉口的特性,分析连续流交叉口在国内适用性。研究结果表明:连续流交叉口能有效改善交叉口的交通运行效益,适用于我国城市近郊道路交叉口的改造与设计。Due to the conflict between heavy left-turn vehicles and through vehicles,conventional intersections(CI) tend to have a discontinuous traffic flow and a low efficiency.In this regard,this paper presents a novel continuous flow intersection(CFI) for urban roads.This paper illustrates the geometry physical model and the designs of CFI from the following three aspects: traffic space,traffic organization and traffic control.The performance of CI and the proposed CFI is simulated and evaluated via Vissim.Further,the feasibility of implementing CFI in China is also discussed after considering the characteristics of domestic urban intersections.Extensive simulation results demonstrate the potential of the proposed CFI for improvement of traffic efficiency,and it indicates that CFI is a good choice for domestic suburb roads.
