摘  要:现有SCATS系统信号控制评价是通过交通调查与其他系统进行对比实现的,这样的研究方法无法保证对照的外界条件一致,研究周期长,花费较高。为克服这些缺点,提出了一种在Vissim仿真平台上进行对照实验的方法,建立了变周期信号系统周期方案到流量的映射,论证了用定周期控制的延误来拟合SCATS系统连续变周期的控制延误的可能性,从而以2种定时控制方案延误的差异来拟合SCATS自适应控制方案和定时控制方案延误的差异。选取长沙松桂园路口应用上述方法进行评价,发现SCATS系统自适应控制效果优于定时控制,且平峰时期的优势比高峰时期明显。The existing evaluation methods of SCATS signal control work by comparing SCATS with other systems under certain indicators.These methods cannot guarantee that the control of external conditions is consistent for different systems.Long research cycle and high cost are also their shortcomings.In order to overcome these shortcomings,a mapping from control schemes to different kinds of flow is established,and a method combining Vissim simulation with data fitting is put forward.Then,the control effect difference between an adaptive control scheme and timing control scheme is fitted by that of two timing control scheme.At last,Songguiyuan Intersection in Changsha City is chosen as an example to be evaluated.The results show that adaptive control effect of SCATS is better than that of timing control,and the superiority of SCATS is much more obvious in flat peak period than in peak period.
