培养90后大学生责任感的策略探究

摘　　要：责任是人性中最本质的东西。只有具备高度责任感的人才会主动承担起对家庭、社会的责任,才会遵纪守法、努力工作、报效祖国和社会。通过对90后大学生责任感的调查,发现了教育工作者要努力的方向,营造责任环境、职责落实、榜样示范、参与实践、感恩教育和体验式责任心教育等是培养和提升90后大学生责任感的有效举措。The responsibility is the most essential character in human nature.Only those who are with strong sense of responsibility may undertake actively the responsibilities to the family and society,observe law and discipline,work hard,and serve the motherland and society.Based on the investigation of the responsibility sense of the undergraduates born after 1990,a set of working plan for the educators is found,that is to create a responsibility environment,performance the duties,set up good exampls for demonstration,participate in practice,carry out gratitude education and experience-type responsibility education,which are the effective measures in cultivating and promoting the students' sense of responsibility.
