摘　　要：新加坡南洋理工学院以"教学工厂"理念为核心,用明天的科技培养今天的人才,服务未来的新加坡,实施综合科技教学,处处创新,为经济社会发展量身定制培养多元能力的人才,使得"教学工厂"成为新加坡职业教育的一大特色。新加坡的许多办学理念和经验值得我们深入学习,尤其是对学校国家骨干高职院校建设具有积极的促进作用。Singapore Nan Yang Polytechnic takes the concept of 'teaching factory' as the core,cultivate today’s talents with tomorrow's technology to serve the future of Singapore,implement the teaching of comprehensive science,innovate in all respects,cultivate diverse customized-talents for the development of economic society,which makes the 'teaching factory' become a major feature of vocational education in Singapore.Many of Singapore’s educational concepts and experience are worthy of our in-depth study,especially its positive role in promoting the construction of national higher vocational mainstay-academies.
