五味子乙素对脑胶质瘤的体内抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的初步研究五味子乙素对脑胶质瘤的体内抑制作用。方法建立Wistar大鼠脑胶质瘤模型,对大鼠进行五味子乙素处理,观察动物状态变化,体重变化,肿瘤体积、重量变化。结果五味子乙素给药组大鼠肿瘤症状和体征明显减轻,并且体重减轻程度也降低;同时,五味子乙素可明显抑制脑胶质瘤的生长。结论五味子乙素具有明显的抑瘤作用,且可明显改善肿瘤发生后所引起的症状和体征。Objective To study the effect of schisandrin B on inhibition the growth of glioma.Methods The glioma model were set up in Wistar rats.After administered the schisandrin B,the states and weights of rats were observed,the volume of tumor and weights were calculated.Results Symptoms and signs were improved after the rats were treated with schisandrin B,compared with those in model group.The weight of rats was not decreased so much.And schisandrin B could inhibit the growth of glioma significantly(P<0.05),the tumor inhibition rate was 66.33%.Conclusion Schisandrin B has the role of inhibition of tumor,and can improve the symptoms and signs after the rats had glioma.
