摘 要:古希腊以来的文学批评与审美准则,基本上是由亚里士多德及其老师柏拉图确立的。这一总原则的基本指导思想就是评价性:亚氏的《修辞学》与《诗学》(尤其是后者)运用了丰富的评价思想,奠定了此后两千多年来文艺美学的基本走向。本文以系统功能语言学的评价理论为依据,以先前有关阐述为立足点,着重考察亚里士多德的《修辞学》与《诗学》的总体评价动机,尤其是其中的"形式"要素,包括修辞和悲剧的组织原则和策略,从而明确西方文学批评和审美在评价取向方面的根源所在。The literary criticism and aesthetics since ancient Greece were set up by Aristotle and his mentor Plato.The basic guiding ideology of the principle was appraisal.Aristotle's Rhetoric and Poetics(especially the latter)used rich and systematic appraisal ideas,and established the fundamental way for two thousand years literary aesthetics.Based on the appraisal theory of systemic functional linguistics,taking the previous paper as the foothold,the paper traced the general appraisal motivation of Rhetoric and Poetics,with particular reference to the'formal'element,including the organization principles and strategies of rhetoric and tragedy.The origin of the appraisal orientation in western literary criticism and aesthetics was cleared.
