跆拳道实战中转体反击技术运用时恐惧心理的致因及对策研究

摘　　要：本研究运用文献资料法、录像统计法,通过对世界大学生跆拳道锦标赛与全国大学生跆拳道锦标赛进行对比,对运动员比赛中使用转体反击技术动作时产生的恐惧心理的原因进行分析探讨,以期寻找合理的对策方案,为提高我国跆拳道运动员的实战水平提供参考。This article compares the World College Student Taekwondo Championships with China National College Student Taekwondo Championships, and explores the causes for the mentality of fear of athletes in applying the skill of turn counterattack. It hopes to find ways to overcome such fears and offer some reference to improve the competitive skills of Chinese Taekwondo athletes.
