无增塑剂氯化聚乙烯膜电极的研究

摘  要:研究了以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为基体,聚氧鎓Ba^(2+)络盐为活性物质,未加增塑剂的聚合物膜Ba^(2+)离子选择电极,比较了此电极与传统的聚氯乙烯膜电极对Ba^(2+)响应的检测下限,斜率,选择性系数等性能参数。实验数据和理论分析证实无增塑剂的氯化聚乙烯膜电极的寿命和稳定性有明显提高。Chlorinated polyethylene was evaluated as a matrix for ion-selective electrodes. Tetrapnenylborate salt of the barium complexes of polyethoxylate was used as sensor. It was possible to make functional unplastized chlorinated polyethylene membrane electrodes which could response to barium ion. compared to traditional poly (vinylidene chloride) membrane electrode with plasticizer, no deterioration in the slope of the calibration graph was observed over a period of 5 months; The stability and life of the electrodes has improved a lot.
