课桌椅配置在延缓学生近视进展中的作用

摘　　要：目的通过调查学生课桌椅调整前后学生视力变化,了解课桌椅配置对于学生近视发生发展的影响。方法按照上海市教委文件标准科学配置学校课桌椅,同时进行读写姿势矫正干预之后,对本校所有学生2010—2012年3年视力情况进行比较。结果 2012学年学生新发病率下降,轻度近视学生视力恢复率上升,近视学生患眼视力保持率增加,下降率减少。结论科学的课桌椅配置以及读写姿势干预对于学生近视进程有明显正向影响。Objectives Through the investigation of the students' vision changes before and after the adjustment of desks and chairs,to understand the influence of desk and chair configuration in the students' myopia development.Methods After scientific configuring school desks and chairs according to the standard and carrying out corrective prevention of read and write position in a school,the vision situation of all the students were analyzed from 2010 to 2012.Results The new incidence of student myopia decreased,while the visual recovery rate of cases of mild myopia increased.The visual maintain rate of eye increased,and the visual reduction rate of eye decreased.Conclusion Scientific desk and chair configuration as well as reading and writing posture intervention have significant positive effects for the myopia of students.
