上海市奉贤区中老年人群对肿瘤早期检查的认知状况分析

摘　　要：目的通过对中、老年人群肿瘤早期检查的认知和需求状况的分析,了解人们对肿瘤早期检查重要性的认识,为有关部门制定有针对性的肿瘤防治策略提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对奉贤区南桥镇3个社区的100户家庭中35岁～70岁的所有成员进行调查。结果被调查对象对部分有关肿瘤防治知识的知晓较差;社区居民对不吸烟和合理饮食等肿瘤预防的相关行为水平比较高,但能做到定期健康检查的比例较低;社区居民对肿瘤早期检查的态度和需求水平较高;不同年龄喜欢的健康教育形式有所不同,老年人比较喜欢讲座或咨询,中年人比较喜欢小册子、广播电视节目和报纸杂志,喜欢热线电话咨询的较少。结论奉贤居民对肿瘤早期检查的认知和需求程度都较高,居民对肿瘤早期检查的接受意愿很强。有关部门应重视肿瘤的早发现和早检查工作,并在今后肿瘤预防干预过程及制订健康教育规划时,针对不同目标人群制订不同的策略与内容。Objective To understand the cognition of people about the importance on tumor inspection in early time and formulate the target-oriented tumor prevention strategy for the Department concerned to provide the basis through investigating the cognition and the demand condition of people about tumor in early time. Methods Draw all members from 35 years old to 70 years old at random who come from 100 households families in Nanqiao Town 's 3 communities in Fengxian District and investigate those people's cognition and the demand condition on the inspection to tumor in early time by investigation. Results The investigation showed is known by the investigation object to the part related tumor prevention knowledge badly; The community residents ' cognition levels to smokeless, tumor prevention and reasonable diet related behavior are quite high, but can achieve the regular health examination the proportion to be low; The community residents are high to the manner and the demand level of the tumor inspection in early time; The disparity in age level like the health education form differs from the senior citizen compares like the course or the consultation, the middle-aged person compares like the booklet, the broadcast television program and the newspaper magazine. Hot line consultation replies few. Conclusion This survey result prompt, city residents are high to the inspection's cognition and the demand degree on tumor in early time, residents' wishes to the tumor inspection in early time are very strong, the Department concerned should take the tumor discovery and inspection work early, draw up the different strategy and the content in view of the different goal crowd in the next tumor prevention intervention process and making health education plan.
