摘　　要：目的了解本辖区内户籍人口中盲患率及分布特征,为改进防盲工作提供依据。方法由专业眼科医师对2008年户口在本区的盲人和低视力患者作病史询问、裸眼和矫正视力检查、诊断、登记。结果双眼盲患率为192.08/10万(男76.46/10万,女313.15/10万);50岁及以上人群盲患率随年龄增长而升高。结论盲眼与年龄、性别等因素有关;首位致盲原因为白内障;手术治疗仍是白内障盲治疗的首选方法。Objective To understand the blindness rate among the population of registered household in this area and the distribution characteristics,providing a basis for improving blindness prevention.Methods The blind and patients with low vision registered in the area in 2008 were inquired by a professional ophthalmologist for their illness history.Their naked eye and corrected visual acuity were examined,diagnosed and recorded.Results The prevalence rate of binocular blindness was 192.08 per 100 000(76.46 per 100 000 for men and 313.15 per 100 000 for women);the rate of those aged 50 years and above suffering from blindness increased with age.Conclusion Prevalence of blindness is related with age and gender;the leading cause of blindness is cataract;surgical treatment is still the preferred method of treatment of cataract blindness.
