摘　　要：创伤后应激障碍是灾后最常见的精神病理表现之一,近二十年来成为国内外心理学领域的研究热点,并取得了一定的研究成果。现着重从创伤后应激障碍的临床特征、临床干预及药物治疗等方面综述创伤后应激障碍的研究进展。Post-traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) is one of the most commonly seen clinical symptoms of psychosis,which has become a hot topic of psychological research at home and abroad during past two decades,with certain achievements attained.This article tends to summarize the progress in PTSD research emphasizing the aspects such as clinical symptoms of PTSD,psychological intervention,drug treatment and so on.
